Here is a list of natural cleaners and their uses from the Naturally Clean book given away by Seventh Generation.
Baking Soda = Deodorizer, non-abrasive scouring powder
Beeswax = Floor and furniture wax
Borax = Deodorizer, non-abrasive scouring powder, all-purpose cleaner, mold inhibitor, rust stain remover
Carnauba Wax = Wood floor and furniture wax
Citrus Fruit like Orange, Lemon, and Lime = Grease cutter, deodorizer, flea repellent
Eucalyptus Oil = Insect repellent
Favorite Essential Oils = Air freshening, scenting homemade formulas
Hydrogen Peroxide = Bleaching agent, antibacterial
Jojoba Oil = Wood Polisher
Lavender Oil = Disinfectant, deodorizer
Natural Vegetable-Based Liquid Soap = General detergent product substitute
Neem Tree Oil = Insect repellent
Olive Oil = Wood polisher
Washing Soda (sodium carbonate) = Grease and grime cutter, wax remover, deodorizer
White Distilled Vinegar = Dissolving hard water mineral scale and greasy build-up, removing tarnish, cleansing wood and glass
Tea Tree Oil =Antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral agent, deodorizing
Toothpaste = Metal polish

Can't help with household cleaners, but in case you move further to cosmetics - I used to use sesame oil as body oil and found it fantastic. Also I like using finely ground sea salt as face scrub.

You're welcome, but first you need to let the pores open by holding your face above a pan with hot water. Do you do that or am I inventing bycycle for you? :) Or sometimes I only use this "face scrub" after a long hot shower or bath.
